All furniture orders under $1000 have white glove delivery of $495.

Good Product/horrible service
The furniture piece is great, but Rafael Interiors was a disaster and really frustrating to work with. The time between placing the order and receiving it was more than 3 months, took numerous emails and what we felt like were blatant lies by Rafael on when the items would ship. The customer service we received (or I should say didn’t receive) from Morris Franco was some of the worst I have ever experienced.

I would give this company no stars. But that is not an option!
I reached out several times after I placed my order in January because shipping changed from February to March then heard nothing for all of April.
I requested a refund with no response until the item actually shipped to me and I did not receive it until June and it’s defective and the company Modway who actually made the shelf is making me jump through hoops to get the correct part! Not to mention who ever was emailing from the Morris email was very rude and not helpful at all!
0/10 do not recommend Rafael Interiors to anyone!

It’s ok
The instructions were easy and I was able to build by myself but it’s smaller than expected. The drawers don’t even hold a piece of paper. Not really worth the price.
